Coya's Class

Welcome students! In wanting to make our class even more interactive, I've created this page to create discussions and to give you all a chance to comment and express yourselves. Please remember, that although this is an online forum, there are still rules and standards that must be met in order for this to continue, so please conduct yourselves accordingly. I look forward to a fantastic year and hope you strive to learn, participate and have fun!

That was Then, This is Now

This past week we have been sharing our projects in our "show and tell" with one more class set to present on Tuesday. It has been tons of fun hearing all your stories, seeing all the pictures and actual items that many of you have brought in, and sharing what we've learned from this experience. I hope you've had a chance to even learn a little more about me, too! I'd love the sharing to continue so I want to know how you feel about this project and the show and tell. I also want to hear about your favorite, funniest, most surprising things that you've learned or come across in this project. Hope you all have a fun, long weekend! See you next week!

  1. Hi Mrs. Coya! I WISH I had you for history. This project looked soooo interesting, I would have learned so much from it. Well I just wanted to let you know that this is an awesome project and I would have loved to do it! But I kinda got a look at the past when you showed Iliana, Bridgett, me, and ect people that were there on Friday your pictures. & you won so many awards it's not even funny. I learned so much from you! And you looked really pretty when you were about our age, & with your long hair!(:

Anyways hope you have a FANTABULOUS long weekend!

  2. OMG I want Mrs. Coya's hair style back then, it's so much better than the hair styles these days =/

Anyways, I seemed to have forgotten my Math Binder in your class, I'm pretty sure you laughed at my forgetfulnessness. :D

OMG I heard an old song in your class, my ears almost fell off. I needed Lady GaGa, STAT! So I survived the horrible incident. O_O

My mother got a new....hairstlye. I hate it when she asks me if it looks good, I'm not old, figure it out yourself. D:

Though, I know Mrs. Coya isn't old, she never ages! She's like a Magician! Or maybe, an extremely skilled bagger at Publix! You never know X_X!

Dang Annette, you beat meh. >:P

  5. It was funny finding out how obsessed my grandma was with Elvis. Oh, and my parents were watching a Happy Days reunion show last night, and then they told me that they forgot to mention it in their interviews. It's a little late for that.
